Insight Global is looking for a Direct Hire - Site Electrician working in a Manufacuring environment helping to work with the maintenance team to keep equipment up and running on the site. This role is located in Rockford, MN and will be onsite daily 7-4, this is a 24/7 operation so on call work is possible.
Must be able to work on call hours if needed, this is an hourly paid role 40+ hours a week depending on off hour calls.

Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) or registered with DLI as a registered
unlicensed electrician.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance with significant electrical experience; industrial electronics education/certification preferred.
Knowledge of production and safety policies and procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.
Strong background using electrical diagnostic equipment, power tools, shop equipment, forklifts, aerial lifts and
hand tools.
Strong communication skills with production and senior management.
Must be able to:
Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
Assists shift maintenance as needed in both electrical and mechanical roles.
Work shift schedule, including overtime; fill in as shift maintenance, and may be assigned to other shifts as needed.
Shift schedule may include late nights and weekends, both in plant and telephone support.
Experience with business computer applications (Microsoft Office). SAP or PEMAC similar software experience
preferred.
