Insight Global is seeking a contract IT Project Manager to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients and support their Commercial Applications projects. The IT Project Manager will support two priorities: 1) coordinate an SAP implementation for one of their current programs and 2) backfill a Product Manager during maternity leave. To be qualified for this role, you must have more than five years of professional work experience as an IT Project Manager supporting commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups. This is a hybrid role working onsite in Arden Hills 3x a week. This is a 12 month contract with possible extensions.

5+ years of project management experience.
Proven experience in SAP project execution, including quality assurance test planning.
Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications, system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations.
Ability to navigate the intricacies of a complex technology landscape, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple systems.
Strong background in supporting commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
Knowledge of release management and DevOps processes, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
Ability to translate problem statements into well-defined tasks, map dependencies, and establish timelines to ensure seamless execution across multiple teams and systems.
Highly proactive in engaging with key stakeholders and gathering essential information to drive success.
Ability to lead teams through discovery, execution, and planning of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Actively contribute to change management planning and launch execution, driving smooth adoption and operational success.
Expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill.
