Job Description

One of our largest healthcare clients is seeking a Remote Vendor & Risk Resilience Analyst to support supplier risk management within the Enterprise Resilience Vendor Management Program. This role is crucial in assessing, mitigating, and reporting supplier resiliency risk, ensuring business continuity. The Analyst will lead supplier assessments, manage the Organizational Resilience Questionnaire (ORQ), and work toward 100% completion of in-scope evaluations. As part of a small team led by a Director and two analysts, the Analyst will navigate multiple GRC systems, coordinate supplier assessment activities, provide customer service to vendors, and escalate risk findings to senior leadership. Additional responsibilities include maintaining program documentation, assisting with onboarding, and contributing to training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management, business continuity, enterprise resilience, or risk management. Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Fusion Risk Management and Archer, is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years experience of third party risk management, business continuity, enterprise resilience, or risk management.
-Ability to function in a support role during crisis management situations as it relates to supplier continuity
-Exceptional organizational and communications skills, including the ability to listen effectively, understand varied business concepts, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of information and provide appropriate data to support event response
-Proficient in the use Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Fusion Risk Management and Archer
