These analysts will be working the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm CST. They will be working with a dedicated team of approximately 8 people and that group is a part of our whole team of 40+. Each person is a self-starter, always willing to raise their hand to offer assistance and also be willing to ask questions and make mistakes. Daily, team members will be processing Agent Onboard application contracts ensuring all necessary information was provided and the agent is eligible to proceed. These 8 resources will be trained the first 5-6 weeks on the job.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all contracting credentials and other necessary documents are in good order for processing
- Perform analysis of submitted material for completeness and accuracy, analyzing credentials and documentation for eligibility
- Ensure submitted paperwork is compliant and adheres to all federal and state laws and regulations.
- Identify risks or issues and assess / implement alternate solutions through thorough understanding of the process and the related laws/compliance guidelines.
- Monitor the day-to day activity and keep agent and other stakeholders informed of relevant information or lack thereof
- Participates in interdepartmental team efforts, such as implementation of updates to the production system.
- Ability to analyze and suggest improvements to our overall process to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Responsible for maintaining accepted department standards of production and quality.
- Learn detailed business process and procedure
- Perform reporting analysis and make recommendations for process improvement
- Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the company and department
