Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join one of our largest testing and simulation clients. This individual will be responsible for assembling and repairing hydro-mechanical assemblies following the guidelines of complex blueprints and schematics. They will work with a wide variety of hand tools and 3D design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. A qualified candidate will be self-motivated and a good problem solver.
*Please note this is an onsite role in Eden Prairie, MN. Flexible work schedule for 4 ten hour shifts Monday-Thursday (will be first shift hours)

- 1+ years of hands-on experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
- Ability to read complex blueprints and schematics
- Experience with a wide variety of small hand tools, including torque wrenches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN
- 2+ year certification/degree in Mechanics or Hydraulics from college/trade school or military background
- SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience
- Prior experience working with 3,000+ PSI levels
- Soldering experience
- SAP experience
