Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to join our product management team. The TPO will lead a new initiative to enhance our Executive Business Review (EBR) tool, which allows strategic reps to create business reviews for Ecolab's operations at client sites. This role involves transitioning from traditional PowerPoint templates to a modern, enhanced MVP version of the tool. The TPO will also support another application on the customer portal.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in product management, particularly in a technical capacity
Proven ability to take requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks
Experience with custom technology stacks (not Salesforce or Dynamics)
Familiarity with Epic, Azure DevOps, and MS Office
Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to stakeholders
Ability to work independently and make decisive decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with integrations and front-facing customer experience
Knowledge of the customer journey and how to enhance it
Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
