Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Minneapolis area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Minneapolis location. You will be the sole tech member at this location supporting internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6 month contract to hire. This person needs to be a self-starter as they will be the sole Desktop Technician providing in person support.

Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments
