Job Description

This Process Development Engineer II position involves developing processes, materials, or equipment for moderately complex projects by compiling and analyzing data to establish performance standards for new or modified products. Key responsibilities include participating in project teams for product design and development, conducting tests and experiments, troubleshooting, and preparing reports. The candidate will work independently to plan and schedule activities to meet various timelines, design and fabricate tooling and fixtures, and ensure compliance with quality requirements. Additionally, they will collaborate with various departments to ensure project success, provide training or direction to technicians, and contribute to new product/process concepts and designs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, capable of designing and coordinating engineering tests, analyzing results, preparing detailed reports and documentation, while demonstrating PDP/TDP system knowledge. We can pay between $ 34 -$37.75 per hour.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 2-4 years of experience.
-2 years with Microsoft Office experience.
-Hand on manufacturing experience.
-PDT/TDP system knowledge
-Fixture Design experience
-Strong engineering fundamentals, conflict resolution experience, and problem-solving skills.
-Demonstrated ability to develop and drive creative, innovative solutions for both processes and products.
-Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a technically demanding environment.
