CHS is seeking a Senior Accountant for their Ag Retail accounting team in a hybrid work setting (2-3 days onsite per week). This role involves active participation in the month-end close and financial reporting processes, requiring excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include completing monthly accounting activities, preparing and reviewing general ledger reconciliations, performing financial analyses, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting SEC disclosures, ensuring SOX control effectiveness, and working with auditors. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, results-driven, and eager to learn and implement process improvements, while also promoting a strong safety culture.

4+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
