Remote Scrum Master

Our client who operates in the financial services industry is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. This is a unique role. Their job duties will be 50% traditional scrum master responsibilities operating within the Enterprise Integration Services line of business, while the other 50% is going to be focused on helping the director with creating presentations and storytelling. These presentations will be centered around how to inform CTOs/SVPs of what the organization is accomplishing along the lines of outcomes, what has been delivered, how cost/time/resources have been saved/impacted. This person needs to be able to make an impact with a story.

- 3-5+ years of experience being a scrum master
- Excellent communication skills and passionate about storytelling.

- Financial services experience
