We are seeking a Business Analyst to work with business leaders and SMEs to gather requirements across different business units in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will partner closely with business owners, IT leaders, and project teams to contribute to project forecasting, logical testing, risk management, quality assurance, and support activities. This role involves leading and setting standards for documentation and investigation of production support issues. You will represent IT by providing recommendations to leverage system capabilities and drive internal communication between IT and other functional groups. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this position.

2+ years of technical functional experience, which includes practical and applied knowledge of specific technologies, systems, and processes critical for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating implementation.
Experience with data visualization tools

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience working within a legal environment or on a legal team
