Insight Global is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for a large PBM client. This position will sit fully remote, but the preference is someone who sits in PST time zone. The main function of a human resources generalist is to perform various administrative functions, such as employee benefits, pre-employment background checks with clinical licensing/credentialing, and strategic planning and policy management. Job Responsibilities: Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment. Support HR manager with gathering necessary documents and paperwork for refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
1-3 years related experience required
Pre employment background with clinical licensing/credentialing experience
Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices (i.e., equal employment opportunity and affirmative action)
Licensing/credentialing experience in a clinical setting
