Job Description

We will provide an On-Site Administrator (OSA) Level III to provide services that include the following; configuring print driver profiles, monitor network performance and maintain network security settings for printers and PCs, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues due to changes with print behavior, and provide Management of Change.



Further Description of services detailed in Addendum 1.1 attached. In addition, related services not covered in Addendum 1.1 may be provided as agreed upon by both parties.



1.1. OSA Description of Services



OSA Level III- Duties and Responsibilities



-Installing configuring and maintaining printer hardware and software

-Monitor network performance and maintain network security settings for printers and PCs

-Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by end-users.

-Management of Change (Moc)



Validate and understand IT architecture/ infrastructure with network printers and computers including;



-Printer software solutions like HP Security manager, HP Web JetAdmin, PrinterLogic (print driver management)

-Changing and managing print driver profiles, settings, scripts, familiar with HP's universal print driver (UPD) and Windows OS and Epic print drivers

-Understand network print servers, print queues (On-Premise/ Cloud) and other data communications networks.

-Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

-Utilize ServiceNow Software for managing helpdesk tickets and Asset Management



Strong Customer Service skills, including;



-Communication with end users (clinical and office managers) as well as teammates.

-Management of Change (Moc) with ability to roll-back changes if production results don't match expectations.

-Problem-solving, and creativity.

-Create knowledge articles, and instructions for end users.



And Project Management, including;



-Develop proof of concepts and track processes to implementation.

-Ability to oversee multiple projects.

-Timelines and meeting company goals.

Required Skills & Experience

-4+ years of experience working with printers

-Experience with printer software solutions like HP Security Manager, HP Web JetAdmin, PrinterLogic (print driver management), or similar tools

-Experience changing and managing print driver profiles, settings, scripts

-Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

-GREAT customer service experience as this role is onsite and customer facing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Familiar with HP's universal print driver (UPD)

-Familiar with Epic print drivers
