Job Description

We are looking to hire an Onsite Administrator for our client in Maplewood, MN. This position is onsite 5 days a week, 8am-5pm, and is a mix of hands on device installation work, as well as admirative and back office support.

-Tracking the entire printer fleet and the assets that go along with the printers
-Assist in manual collections of the devices
-Assist onsite customers of device functionality and report customer dissatisfaction to leadership
-Updating Service Now system with ticket escalations
-Coordinate new device installation and coordinate pickup and shipping of moved devices
-Working with Service Delivery Managers to ensure all devices are being managed correctly
-Managing device fleet in Excel
-Some degree of technical support via phone and hands-on
-Hands on support could include replacing consumables, clearing paper jams on printers, new printer installations

Required Skills & Experience

Typically, candidates who come from previous onsite desktop support roles or service/field technicians do really well in this space.

-Previous experience in an onsite customer facing role, preferably experience coming from a technical support role
-Great customer service experience and a customer first mindset
-Experience working with a ticketing system
-Strong Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Any experience in a printer management role
