Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Industrial Designer to join our largest healthcare manufacturing client in the Minneapolis market. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their product portfolio. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, researchers, and project managers, to create innovative designs. Your expertise will drive the evolution of our products, ensuring they resonate with users and meet market demands. Responsibilities will include conceptualization and ideation, design development, prototyping and testing, material selection, and a certain level of project management. This is a hybrid role located in Maplewood, MN OR in San Antonio, TX.

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial design in a regulated industry
-1+ years working in the healthcare industry
-Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-A portfolio showcasing your design process, from ideation to final execution.
