Job Description

An employer is looking for a highly skilled contract recruiter to join one of our largest national clients. In order to qualify for this role you must sit in Atlanta, or Minneapolis, as this team has locations in both cities, and typically goes on site 3 days / week. In this role you will join a growing team and work to support large scale construction projects for some mission critical builds. You likely will manage anywhere from 15-20 reqs at a time, and work in lock step with hiring managers to ensure reqs are being filled. Previous experience working within a corporate recruiting setting and building relationships with hiring managers will help you succeed in this role.



Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with hiring managers and act as a business consultant to partner throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

-Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.

-Utilize various channels (job sites, databases, networking) to source qualified candidates.

-Establish connections with professional groups, communities, and relevant organizations.

-Present qualified candidates to hiring teams for consideration.

-Assist hiring teams in conducting structured and behavioral interviews.

-Provide guidance to hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

-Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.

-Assist with onboarding new hires.

-Partner with a sourcer to identify candidates.

Required Skills & Experience

-At least 7 years of experience working as a recruiter

-2 years of corporate recruiting experience

-Experience working within full recruitment life cycle.

-Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

-Knowledge of effective hiring practices, including social media recruiting.

-Excellent communication skills and strong decision-making abilities.

-Experience working as a consultant to the business, and partnering with hiring managers.

-Outstanding organizational skills.

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
