An employer has an exciting remote opportunity in the Information Technology group. We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support surveillance (Camera and Security) systems across all of the organizations facilities. This position will be part of the IT Global Infrastructure team working across all business lines and supporting domestic and international sites. You must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work in both a team environment and on self-directed tasks are essential!
Additional Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Security/Camera systems, including setup and configuration.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, translating technical details and project statuses for various audiences.
- Coordinate resources across multiple IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Understanding of server patching + OS systems for Windows.
- Take ownership of the maintenance and support of surveillance and security systems.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of network protocols.

- 2+ years of experience in supporting and maintenance of Surveillance and security systems for an enterprise organization with many facilities
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Architecture and Engineering including of IT support in one or more of the following areas listed below regarding surveillance systems.
- Systems experience including upgrading, patching, performance monitoring, connectivity, and backup/recovery
- Managing camera system
- Managing access control (badging) system
- Demonstrate proficiency in Security/Camera systems, including setup and configuration.
- Experience working with Milestone, Genetec or comparable surveillance system
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
*Must work CST hours*
- Exposure to Lenel OnGuard
