This person will manage the development and implementation of the our enterprise system infrastructure. They will be responsible for leading and managing an End User Computing team of 4 (2 Architects, 2 Analysts).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Leads cross-functional teams that design, develop, and implement enterprise systems architecture and supporting infrastructure
-Manages the continuous enhancement of the systems infrastructure to meet changing business requirements
-Designs the framework and methodology for the integration of data
-Develops enterprise architecture standards, templates, procedures and policies
-Develops data models, frameworks and meetings
-Meets with management to report strategy
-Trains, develops, and assesses staff to ensure continuous growth through orientations, direction, and feedback
-Recruits, interviews, and trains new staff
-Makes hiring recommendations subject to the approval of the Director - Information Systems
-Provides effective performance evaluations and staff recognition programs / awards
-Coaches and counsels staff as needed
-Makes recommendations on promotions and terminations of staff, takes appropriate action subject to the review and approval of the Director-Information Systems
