Insight Global is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the team of one of our clients local to Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for the documentation and execution of software testing. You will collaborate with software developers, business analysts, product owners, and other team members to create software testing strategies and best practices. You will be responsible for analyzing test needs and identifying coverage gaps within product functionality, performance, accessibility, UI, and security areas of the business. To be successful in this role, you must operate with a go-getter mentality and be willing to work onsite at least 2x per week.

*Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or Information Technology preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience testing software or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
*Strong experience with both manual and automation quality assurance testing and analysis work
*Demonstration of strong quality assurance analyst skills on a variety of products, including but not limited to test script creation and execution, problem solving, and appropriate escalation of issues
*Experience with Microsoft applications and testing tools
*Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical individuals on cross functional teams
*Ability to be flexible, such as the ability to work on multiple tasks, handle interruptions, and adapt to changing priorities
*Strong experience with the full software development lifecycle
*Ability to interact with the end users and provide training or support in quality assurance processes
