Insight Global is seeking a qualified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead local to Minneapolis, MN to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our marketing campaigns and journeys. You must ensure seamless execution, optimization, and integration with various tools and systems. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms with an emphasis and focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires a proven track record of implementing successful marketing automation initiatives and the ability to work across all technical and business teams. Strong confidence and communication skills are necessary for stakeholder management, collaboration with offshore teams in India, and hands on solution designing and configuration.
-BS Degree, with 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
-Led at least 3-4+ individuals on a team
-Proven experience as a Marketing Cloud
-Hands on experience in a Salesforce Developer role, ability to lead on and offshore Salesforce Developers
-Working knowledge of SQL
-Technical Lead or similar role
-In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and hands-on experience with its configuration and administration
-Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, segmentation, and personalization
-Proficient in data management and integration between marketing automation platforms and other systems
-Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand and communicate technical information to an audience of varying skill levels
-Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting
-Experience working in agile development environment using scrum framework and related tools and processes
-Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications and Salesforce certifications in general are a plus
