Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Consultant/HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in aligning people and culture strategies with business objectives and managing people projects to enhance organizational effectiveness. Serving as a trusted advisor to the business partner team and leaders across the organization, the consultant will support the deployment of key people and culture initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and contributing to the overall success of the business.
* Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of Human Resources experience (Human Resources Business Partner, Talent
Management, Change Management, is equivalent to HR experience).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a dual focus on strategy and
execution.
* Ability to prioritize, execute on multiple concurrent high-priority HR projects.
* Desire to build relationships with strong interpersonal, communication and listening
skills with the ability to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of the
different audiences.
* Operate with a high level of integrity and will consistently make good and timely
decisions that keep the organization moving forward, and professionally navigates
resistance.
* Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
* Must be comfortable and proficient in detailed data analysis.
