This Application Solution Specialist will work within the Client Marketing Technology Solutions group to manage and craft solutions for a diverse set of clients. The role has the primary responsibility for design, development, implementation, and support of new and expanding features for customer communication management and production execution systems. This person should be experienced within MessagePoint and will function as a problem solver/solution creator for clients looking to improve their communication and marketing tactics. Though technical experience is vital, this person needs to be comfortable and confident in front of clients. Hands on experience with application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.
Experience with design, development and modification of one or more of the following direct mail/print industry applications: Quadient Inspire, MessagePoint , Adobe Creative Suite.
MessagePoint experience is most important!
SQL, Java, C, and .NET.
Must be comfortable consulting with external facing customers
Knowledge of variable data a plus.
Experience in direct marketing a plus.
