Job Description
An employer is looking for a highly skilled eLearning writer to join one of our largest national healthcare clients for a contract opportunity to support their client for the state of North Carolina (NC). In this role you'll join a growing team, and use Storyline and Articulate to create eLearning materials for providers within a call center. You will work with a project manager heading up this engagement, to design and develop eLearning courses, modules, and assessments that meet the learning objectives and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
-Write clear, concise, and engaging eLearning content that aligns with the learning objectives and instructional strategies
-Research and gather relevant information from reliable sources and incorporate it into the content
-Use appropriate tone, style, and voice for the target audience and learning context
-Apply best practices of eLearning writing, such as chunking, sequencing, scaffolding, and feedback
-Use eLearning authoring tools, such as Storyline, Articulate and Rise to create interactive and multimedia elements
-Review and edit your own and others' work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
-Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of the eLearning content
Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
-At least 3 years of experience in eLearning writing, preferably for corporate or adult learners
-Hands on experience Hands on experience working with Storyline
-Hands on experience working with Articulate
-Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
-Strong knowledge of eLearning design principles, methodologies, and standards
-Proficient in using eLearning authoring tools, such as Storyline, Rise, or Captivate
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

-Previous experience using Rise
