An employer is looking for a highly skilled remote collections specialist to join one of our largest clients for a contract opportunity. In this role you will be working to get overdue invoices paid, sometimes from several years ago. This client provides assisted living and at home care services, so these are service not covered by insurance. You will typically be having conversations via email or on the phone with relatives of the individual receiving this care and asking them for payment for services completed. This may require doing research and data collection in order to provide clients with all information needed in order to pay their bill. Any previous experience working within collections, or experience working as an accounts receivable or accounts payable specialist will help you be successful on this team. This is a fully remote position, and this team will mail you a laptop, but you must have reliable internet. This role starts as an 8-week engagement, however, could extend longer based on performance and need.
