Insight Global is looking for a FedRAMP Data Consultant (Regulated Markets) to work for a SaaS technology organization to define policies surrounding FedRAMP data and doing risk mappping . This person will be responsible for updating and managing existing policies regarding data governance and GCC for customer data to ensure it abides by new and existing FedRAMP regulations. This person will be inputting the regulations as attributes into the data catalog for the business to reference. This person is also responsible for reviewing any new customers (ex new gov agency) looking onboard onto their SaaS platform to ensure they will be compliance with FedRAMP regulations.
This role will require you to have briefings and trainings with the business on policies for how they handle data and what boundaries they must follow.
Requires minimum 12+ yrs experience with a heavy focus in GRC and data governance.
Experience managing and creating FedRAMP policies for an organization who creates software used by Federal entities and contractors specifically in relation to data policy
Expertise in FedRAMP certified programs ideally within IL 4 or 5 maturity
Negotiating experience in decisions surrounding Federal use of software products
Familiar with Security controls required in Federal authorized platform
Background in risk management
