Job Description
Employ a rapid-development approach and strong instructional design to build creative and innovative microcontent to include eLearning, videos, podcasts, interactive PDFs, eBooks, and additional self-directed learning solutions that support the Global Talent Development Team. Have strong knowledge and previous experience utilizing User Interface, User Experience, Instructional Design and Gamification methodologies and techniques to create and end-to-end learning journey and support a scalable digital learning strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
-Clear mastery of eLearning tools like Vyond, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Premier video editing tool
-Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Premier Pro, Audition, etc.)
-Proficiency with multimedia (editing videos, designing/creating training material, and training/education)
-Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone)
-Experience designing in Learning Experience Platforms (Degreed)
-Experience designing for accessibility (A11Y and WCAG)
-Training strategy and methods of conducting, evaluating, and auditing training.
-Transfer of learning methodologies and techniques (ADDIE model, blended learning, continuous learning, 70/20/20, Hybrid, virtual, etc.)
-Customer service principles, practices, processes, and tools
-Project management, great organizational skills and able to manage multiple deliverables at a time
-Advanced Microsoft Office application skills

-ATD eLearning Instructional Design Certificate
-Certified Professional Talent Development (CPTD)
