Job Description
Lead the implementation and advancement of the company's Cybersecurity Standard.
Coordinate activities across facility OT environments, in partnership with local and corporate stakeholders, to progress maturity and capabilities to Cybersecurity Standards. Partner with and support Business Unit in the planning, resourcing, and execution of broad cyber-related activities across NIST categories - Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover.
Apply in-depth knowledge of IT and OT industry best practices to strategically lead cross-functional teams to create a consistent operating approach and drive compliance across facilities - in concert with enterprise standards and expectations.
Help educate location staff on the risk cybersecurity presents to the business and the need to make changes to manage that risk more effectively.
Lead/Participate in ongoing cybersecurity audits/assessments of GGP Facilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or IT Project Management
7+ years relevant experience in either process/industrial controls, information technology, or cybersecurity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Information Systems Security Professional Certification
Financial analysis skills with experience analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, p/l, and cash flows
Capital project development, implementation, and management experience
Strong understanding and experience with process/industrial controls systems IT Infrastructure
