An employer is looking for a highly skilled Technical Writer / Process Engineer to join one of our largest national healthcare clients for a remote opportunity. In this role you will join an existing team and work go streamline their documentation process by implementing usable workflows to encourage cross team collaboration from a data discovery and documentation perspective.
Responsibilities:
-Leverage contact management strategies and further develop journeys and contact governance to maximize customer movement through the funnel faster resulting in higher ROI
-Create business cases that have a broader, enterprise impact to improve processes and get us closer to realization goals

Data and source documentation
Role definitions
-Operational coordination of existing processes to more firmly standardize them in order to scale and automate incrementally from an operational perspective
-Assemble and manage cross functional teams that include Technology, EMC, business stakeholders, external vendors where requirements are gathered, assimilated into broad, solution-based requirements to solve big business problems with high pay off
-Ensure business continuity to incorporate new technology builds that are sourced and adapted in the business to support corporate marketing goals
-Analyze existing documents and make necessary improvements to ensure materials accurately align with present process
