Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop automated data transformation solutions using healthcare data
Using healthcare data to achieve administrative needs and goals.
Understanding data storage and data sharing methods.
Develop ETL patterns which make the most efficient use of data warehouse hardware resources in order to deliver timely results to business customers.
Investigating data to find patterns and trends.
Understanding healthcare business operations.
Utilizing different data sources for transformation tasks.
Converting data into usable information that is easy to understand.
Understand health care operations and systems
Pull and integrate data from disparate sources
Knowledge of Extract Transform and Load ETL frameworks
Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse EDW and data management systems
Development Experience in Azure or other cloud-based platform.
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving aptitude

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
3 years experience in healthcare.
3 years experience in a data warehouse/data management development role.
Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL.
3 years experience using SSIS for data warehouse development.
Hands on knowledge of SQL database operations performance tuning script / package building deployment methodologies and source control tools
Should have knowledge of agile/scrum framework process and tools
Development experience with BI or data visualization tools.
Experience using a code repository for code version control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with on-prem to cloud migration
Should have knowledge of agile/scrum framework process and tools
Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse EDW and data management systems
Master's degree advantageous
Cloud-based MPP database platform experience such as AWS or Snowflake.
Development experience with Power BI
Experience using Github for code versioning.
Development experience with SSIS and Informatica.

Position is full remote
