Insight Global is looking for a UI Designer to join a large healthcare client remotely. The UI Designer will use their design skills to update the client's application with their existing design systems. This role is primarily dedicated to production design work. The UI Designer will partner with product owners, analytics, etc. to bring ideas to life that will positively impact members lives. They will also work within a cross-functional design team comprised of UX Designers, Copywriters, Researchers and Front-End Developers.
* Update the design of the client's existing application based on their standard branding, color & style
* Perform prototyping using Figma
* Own the UI deliverables across a variety of products
* Work in an agile environment across multiple scrum teams
* Collaborates with product partners and business stakeholders in the creation of creative briefs
* Designs with mobile first in mind and with an eye towards accessibility
* Diplomatically advocates for the user and communicates informed design rational and value
* Develops effective design solutions on time and within scope
- 3-4 years of UI/UX experience within an enterprise level environment
o Experience working cross-functionally with product & business teams
- Web and/or application design experience
- Prototyping experience using Figma
o Experience transforming design into a robust prototype
- Strong portfolio showing design thought process
- Exposure working within an agile environment
- Comfort presenting and communicating via conferencing applications.
