Insight Global is seeking an Office Coordinator for a growing professional services organization in Southfield, MI. This individual will serve as the face of the office and first point of contact for clients, business partners, and team members while helping create a welcoming, polished, and highly organized environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in creating positive first impressions while ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
○ Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, advisors, and team members
○ Manage front desk operations including answering phones, routing calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries professionally
○ Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting preparation, office events, trainings, and hospitality logistics
○ Support advisors and leadership with administrative and operational needs
○ Maintain office organization, supplies, vendor relationships, and facility-related requests
○ Receive, distribute, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments
○ Assist with client service requests including policy updates, billing inquiries, claims support, and administrative requests
○ Support advisor onboarding, licensing, contracting, and compliance-related processes
○ Coordinate third-party requests including medical records and examinations
○ Manage office equipment and coordinate with vendors and IT support when necessary
○ Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and exceptional client experience
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2/3+ years of experience in an Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, Client Services Administrator, or similar professional office role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with clients, executives, and advisors
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work onsite full-time
