Job Description
• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value local, regional, and agency accounts
• Prospect and close new business independently.
• Lead complex negotiations, multi-flight proposals, and annual renewals through to signature
• Build and maintain relationships at the decision-maker level.
• Conduct needs assessments and translate client objectives into measurable OOH strategies
• Partner with our creative team to deliver campaigns that perform, not just look good
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using audience and attribution data, and use those results to drive renewals and upsells
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity records in our CRM
• Mentor and support junior account executives — sharing best practices, joining key calls, and helping raise the floor for the whole team
• Manage billing, deployments, and account issues with professionalism and urgency
Compensation: $75K - $130K Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of media sales experience
• An established network of client and agency relationships in Metro Detroit (strongly preferred)
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to independently source, negotiate, and close new business
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfort presenting data and campaign results to senior stakeholders
• Ability to analyze client needs and craft tailored advertising strategies
• Comfort using a CRM as part of your daily workflow
• Strong familiarity with Metro Detroit (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Jackson, and Livingston counties)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of advertising operations
