Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support a growing outpatient clinic. This is a part-time contract role with an immediate need due to a temporary leave on the team.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the Physical Therapist in carrying out established treatment plans
• Delivering hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy and guided exercises
• Monitoring patient progress and documenting treatment outcomes
• Educating patients on at-home exercises and recovery plans
• Assisting with orthopedic rehabilitation cases in a clinical setting
• Potentially supporting aquatic therapy sessions if applicable

Required Skills & Experience
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in good standing
• 1–5+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• Strong manual therapy skills and hands-on treatment ability
• Experience supporting Physical Therapists with treatment plans, exercises, and patient care
• Strong communication skills with patients and care teams
• Ability to work independently in a smaller clinic environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Aquatic therapy exposure or interest in learning aquatic rehab techniques
Experience in outpatient PT clinics with high patient interaction
