Job Description
An Aerospace client of Insight Global is seeking on-site System Engineering resources to support engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) efforts from Critical Design Review (CDR) maturity through Test Readiness Review (TRR).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices
• Draft requirement compliance statements
• Contribute to systems documentation
• Review and analyze requirement problem reports (PRs) and propose resolutions
• Support additional engineering tasks as needed
Compensation: $80.00 depending on experience level.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience
• Possesses a SECRET US security clearance.
• Networking Device experience is needed.
• Strong Cameo experience - specifically tracing in requirement database, modeling internal interfaces, creating diagrams based on a defined metamodel.
• Ability to read technical specifications and review against certification requirement documentation.
• Familiarity with avionics principles (types of memory, common signals, profiles).
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace or systems engineering from an accredited College or University.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Basic python programming experience is desired.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams in a classified environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
• Able to self-prioritize work assignments in a manner that maximizes team effectiveness and project efficiency.
• Ability to execute against complex and dynamic objectives with minimal oversight.
