Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking two FIN (Fix-It-Now) Supervisors to lead maintenance teams responsible for addressing urgent and emergent plant issues. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will direct teams— to ensure critical repairs are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with plant priorities.
This role is highly visible within operations and requires a strong leader who can remove barriers, support their team, and drive results in a fast-paced plant environment. Shift Schedule: 6am-6pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $45-47/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance in supervisor/managerial level role.
• Minimum 4+ years working with ANSI standards.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a nuclear or power generation environment.
