Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Executive Sales Manager for a growing data and AI SaaS organization supporting healthcare clients. This individual will operate as a true hunter, owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close while driving net-new logo acquisition. The role focuses on landing a SaaS-based data and AI platform and expanding accounts through services, offering a strong mix of product and consultative selling. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career SaaS sales professional who is coachable, tech-curious, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment backed by a larger global organization.
Day-to-day:
• Drive 100% new logo acquisition within target healthcare accounts
• Prospect and build a consistent pipeline through outbound efforts
• Run discovery calls, product demos, and manage deals through close
• Close SaaS and services deals with ~60–90 day sales cycles
• Meet or exceed annual quota of ~$1M–$1.5M
• Track all activity, pipeline, and forecasts accurately in CRM
• Position data and AI solutions aligned to client business needs
• Partner with internal solutions, delivery, and leadership teams
• Support GTM strategy and vertical-focused account planning

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred)
- Familiarity with modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, DBT)
- Proven hunter profile with new logo acquisition experience
- Experience owning and closing full sales cycles independently
- Strong prospecting, discovery, and closing skills
- Comfortable discussing technical solutions at a high level
- Experience engaging both IT and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations
- Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-related solutions
