Job Description

Seeking an MBSE Engineer to support advanced survivability and protection capabilities within the RSGS Trophy program. This role focuses on modeling and integration of defense countermeasure and fire control systems supporting ground vehicle protection.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain system models (SysML) for defense countermeasure and active protection systems
* Define and decompose requirements across survivability, fire control, and air defense capabilities
* Support integration of sensors, interceptors, and control logic within system architecture
* Perform trade studies and functional analysis for protection and countermeasure effectiveness
* Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware teams to ensure model alignment with design and test

Compensation Starting At: $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
