Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation focused on consolidating legacy systems into Salesforce. This individual will play a critical role in driving migration, integration, and system unification efforts as part of a multi-year initiative.
The organization is centralizing multiple legacy platforms into Salesforce, enabling all systems to communicate through a single ecosystem while building additional capabilities on top of Salesforce. This role will oversee complex integration workstreams, including data migration, API development, and ETL processes, while partnering with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
This individual will NOT be hands-on with coding but must have a strong technical understanding to effectively lead engineering and integration teams.
Compensation:
$67/hr to $71/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience with unification or consolidation of legacy systems into Salesforce
• Experience leading multiple Salesforce integration initiatives
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong technical understanding of data flow between systems
• Experience driving end‑to‑end program execution, including planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and delivery
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear updates for non‑technical stakeholders and leadership
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive communication style

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (previously CPQ)
• Understanding of Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Prior experience working in large or enterprise‑scale environments
• Background working with distributed teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar program tracking systems
