Job Description

Position Overview:
Insight Global's client is standing up a high‑visibility Transformation Office (TMO) to drive enterprise‑wide, multi‑million‑dollar IT and digital transformation initiatives. This Project Change Management Analyst will play a critical role translating complex technical change into clear communications, adoption strategies, and workforce readiness, partnering closely with IT, HR, and executive leadership.
This is a transformation‑focused, execution‑oriented change role — not theoretical change management.
Core mission: Drive communication, adoption, training, enablement, and workforce readiness across enterprise IT transformation initiatives.

Day to Day:
• Lead change communications, adoption, and workforce readiness for large‑scale IT transformation programs
• Translate complex technical change into clear, digestible messaging for business audiences and leadership
• Execute and manage end‑to‑end change management plans (comms, training, readiness, enablement)
• Monitor user adoption, engagement, and sentiment, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
• Track and report on workforce readiness KPIs tied to delivery milestones
• Prepare executive‑level reporting and messaging for leadership and SteerCo
• Partner closely with HR on workforce transitions, upskilling, and new capabilities
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align messaging across the organization
• Identify and escalate adoption risks, workforce gaps, and change challenges
Gather insights from stakeholders and translate into actionable change strategies
