Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Value Steam and SIOP Leader to lead our supply chain, production, and quality functions. This critical role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across all operational aspects, from planning and procurement to manufacturing and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in operations and a passion for developing people and processes.The ideal candidate is a high energy transformational leader with demonstrated and progressive experience creating, analyzing and optimizing well balanced sales, capacity and inventory plans using SAP, complex analytic tools and AI engines.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25-30 direct reports, including assemblers, technicians, working leads, production planners, procurement specialists, manufacturing engineers, product quality engineers, and customer quality engineers.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage performance effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance within the team.
Develop early career supervisors (working leads) to build leadership capabilities.
Continuous Improvement (CI):
Use CI to actively facilitate and lead Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives across all functional areas.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in planning, procurement, manufacturing, and quality.
Implement and sustain CI methodologies and tools.
Supply Chain & Operations Management:
Oversee production planning, master scheduling, and procurement activities.
Manage manufacturing engineering processes and support.
Ensure robust product quality and customer quality processes, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
SAP Expertise:
Utilize SAP extensively and provide mentorship and training to the team on its effective use.
Strategic Contribution:
Support the Product Line General Manager in achieving operational excellence and strategic goals.
Act as a key contributor in an "in the spotlight" role, influencing operational decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering or related field
8-10 years experience in a SIOP or Operational leadership role
Experience managing a large team (20+ direct reports preferred)
Direct experience leading or operating within a formal S&OE / SIOP process
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional value streams
Proven lean manufacturing and continuous improvement leadership
Demonstrated experience across multiple operational functions, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, and quality.
End to End SIOP process ownership
Proven experience using AI to improve production processes
Proven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen events).
SAP Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP
