Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is supporting a luxury Interior Design firm specializing in luxury furnishings, lighting, and custom cabinetry. As they expand toward a full-service design-build model, they are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, vendor coordination, and project systems. This role will be responsible for building the operational infrastructure necessary to scale into a streamlined, profitable design-build firm.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in operations management (interior design, construction, luxury retail, or related industry preferred)
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of job costing
• Experience with procurement and vendor management
• Knowledge of project management systems
• Highly organized with strong leadership presence
• Ability to work directly with ownership in a growth-focused environment
• Experience in construction or design-build operations is a strong plus
