Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a maintenance technician that can keep automated equipment running by quickly troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and controls issues. They perform preventative maintenance, document all repairs, and coordinate with other shifts while leading the 2nd‑shift tech team. Daily work includes improving machine uptime, supporting quality investigations, assisting with secondary equipment and new program launches, implementing error‑proofing, and training operators. Flexibility for unexpected issues and occasional weekend work is required.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering Science/Technology or 5+ years of experience within a related field.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical prints and follow industrial safety standards.
• Strong background in manufacturing, automation, machine design, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 20-50 lbs.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred:
• Knowledge in HMI software programming (Factory Talk).
• Knowledge in PLC programming & troubleshooting (Allen Bradley).
