About the Role
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Controller to join their executive leadership team. This individual will report directly to the CEO and serve as the senior financial leader for the organization, overseeing all accounting and finance operations. The Controller will play a key role in strategic decision-making, financial reporting, and the continued development of the company’s ERP-based accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the organization’s ERP-based accounting system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting practices, controls, and procedures in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare timely and comprehensive financial reports, including financial statements, audits, and detailed analysis of sales, earnings, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs
• Lead and manage all financial and accounting staff; all finance employees will report directly to the Controller
• Partner with executive leadership as a member of the Executive Management Team to support strategic planning and business growth
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability analysis to support operational and long-term goals
Maintain active CPA licensure; employer-sponsored continuing education provided

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA license (or ability to maintain licensure)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience overseeing ERP-based accounting systems
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting/finance teams
Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership

Compensation:
$115,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
