Job Description
DAY‑TO‑DAY / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Instructor will deliver hands‑on and classroom‑based training to customers using FANUC automation and robotics solutions. This role focuses on teaching setup, programming, and advanced applications while supporting a high‑volume training environment serving customers across various industries.
Onboarding & Training Ramp
• First 2 weeks: shadowing and training
• Week 3: first independent instruction session
Instruction & Classroom Delivery
• Teach introductory courses covering robot setup through basic programming
• Deliver advanced classes including:
– Safety
– Vision systems
– Welding
– Paint
– Maintenance
– New courses as developed
• Class sizes average 16 students or fewer
• Instruct approximately 250 customer-students per week on various Fanuc products
Tools & Technology
• ROBOGUIDE used for simulation
• Internal Learning Management System (LMS) used for course delivery and materials
Customer & Travel Exposure
• Train customers primarily from automotive, aerospace, and pharmaceutical industries
• Occasional travel to customer sites within the U.S.
• Rare travel to Mexico or Canada
Team Environment
• Work alongside a team of instructors
• Report within the company's training organization
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
• Comfortable presenting to groups and adapting teaching style to different learning levels
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
• Long‑term mindset — role is intended to convert to direct hire
Compensation:
$40/hr to $41/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
•Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and deliver FANUC curriculum
• Experience teaching or the ability to instruct classes of ~16 people
• Genuine passion for teaching and knowledge transfer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Programming experience (Python, C++)
• Experience creating or developing training curriculum
• Knowledge of FANUC robotics or automation products
