Job Description
An Insight Global customer that is in the Enterprise Cloud Services industry is hiring for an experienced Microsoft Licensing Consultant. This person will be joining a team to support their customer base with any and all requests with their Microsoft account. This includes CSP agreements, Microsoft PowerCenter, NCE Licensing, Azure Reservation Management, renewals, subscriptions, and licensing. This is a remote role, with the ideal time zone being Mountain or Central Time. This will be a M-F 8am-5pm job mainly, with occasional work needed to be done during off hours.
Compensation Range: $50/hr to $65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience working as a Microsoft Licensing Consultant, or Specialist.
- CSP agreements, Microsoft PowerCenter, NCE Licensing, Azure Reservation Management, renewals, subscriptions, and licensing.
- Strong background working directly with customers assisting them with their Microsoft account and an ability to work with them efficiently and effectively.
- Experience responding to 10+ customer requests per day
