Job Description
Role Overview
As a Product Owner – Policy Administration at AAA Life, you will play a central role in advancing the company’s largest digital transformation initiative. The Policy Administration team pioneered AAA Life’s transformation journey, and this role builds on that foundation—defining the platform’s north star, shaping long‑term strategy, and leading a team to execute against it.
You will develop a deep understanding of AAA Life’s product suite, how products are distributed, and the end‑to‑end journey from application to issued policy—including both human and algorithmic decision points. Operating in a highly regulated and constrained environment, you will balance business goals, regulatory requirements, architectural tradeoffs, and customer experience.
You will run your own Scrum team, collaborate closely with product designers and business analysts, and play a key role in vendor strategy, including configuration vs. customization and build‑vs‑buy decisions. This is a highly visible role at a pivotal moment in AAA Life’s growth.
