Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with Outlook. This role involves managing accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts receivable invoices.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Collects, reviews & corrects incoming data.
• Prepare and send statements to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
23hr to 24hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
