Job Description
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to serve as the primary technical owner for internal business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform for one of our clients. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining highly visible, user-friendly solutions that support 95% internal teams today, with potential for external-facing use cases in the future. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on development experience, understands how to model and integrate business data, and can independently own solutions end-to-end—from design through testing and delivery. Other responsbilites include:
- Design, build, and maintain applications using: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate
- Develop model-driven apps within the Power Platform environment (Dynamics-based)
- Design and manage data models that support scalable and reusable solutions
- Integrate systems using Microsoft-provided connectors and Power Platform integration capabilities
- Navigate and connect business data across multiple systems and sources
- Partner with Product Managers, end users, and developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually polished UI/UX, suitable for global visibility
- Create and execute basic test plans, supporting functional and user acceptance testing
- Independently develop implementation approaches and solution plans
Compensation:
$90,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience building model-driven apps
- Strong data modeling skills and understanding of data ownership and structure
- Proven experience integrating systems using Power Platform connectors
- Ability to independently design and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Experience creating and executing test plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a production environment
