Job Description

We’re hiring a Guest Services & Office Coordinator to support front‑of‑house hospitality and daily office operations at our distillery. This role is perfect for someone organized, people‑focused, and energetic—someone who can deliver exceptional guest experiences while keeping internal operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors; manage phones, email, and social inquiries.
- Lead engaging production facility tours (training provided).
- Support administrative functions: scheduling, meeting coordination, mail distribution, documentation, and data entry.
- Assist with expense coding and light accounting support.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, stocked, and organized workspace.
- Support internal communications (memos, newsletters, announcements).
- Assist with event logistics, guest lists, and coordination.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects.
- Uphold confidentiality and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Customer service or guest‑facing experience required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, upbeat presence.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail‑oriented.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Comfortable speaking to groups and leading tours.
- Bonus: Canva experience or interest in the craft spirits industry.
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
- On‑site role with occasional evenings/weekends for events.
