The Marketing Director will lead marketing strategy and operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with 6–10 years of experience and a strong background in multi‑channel brand building. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll develop and execute the marketing plan, manage digital and brand initiatives, and oversee all marketing efforts across content, social, PR, events, and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with leadership to refine overall brand strategy and translate it into actionable marketing plans.
- Lead all marketing functions including digital marketing, PR, social media, content development, and event marketing.
- Build and scale a high‑performing marketing team as the organization grows.
Campaign Execution & Performance
- Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to drive engagement, growth, and ROI.
- Lead product launches, brand collaborations, and integrated promotional campaigns.
Digital & Content Oversight
- Oversee all digital platforms including website, e‑commerce, email marketing, and social channels.
- Drive compelling brand storytelling and content creation that supports both local and national visibility.
- Manage external partners including agencies, designers, PR firms, and event teams.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with sales, production, and tasting room teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Play a key role in launching the new whiskey production facility and visitor center through coordinated marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in beverage, CPG, or hospitality.
- Proven success developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring teams.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms (SEO, email, social, e‑commerce).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
